CD STEALING OUR MONEY!!!!

Saw block912 thread about wingows, must say that CDPoker is rip off as well.
My big mistake was to took Wass offer.
To quote orginal mail from wass "If you already have CD Poker, and want Wass Poker,
you have two options. a) Carry on playing as normal on CD Poker, but e-mail
support with you username to receive your first deposit bonus and free $15.

So it was what I did, have e-mailed Rick from CD with my old CD account info and after some mail exchange get it activated for Wass and get first deposit bonus and free $15 they even promise some free tokens. But had to send e’m several e-mails to get those tokens.
Then deposited there some money and manage some winnings so decided to draw my money out. Of course they declined free $15 from cashout. So I took all other but left $15 on my account. This is where the trouble starts don’t want to bother you more but lost it all and my account went to $0.

Was bit confused coz all bonus info stayed under account. Than e-mailed support about this issue quote
“I would
like you to remove all bonuses from my player account since don’t have any money left and want to start from beginning.
This what they answered me

“Thank you for contacting CDPoker.

Hi, this is Brixx of the Support Team and we are here to assist you with your concern.

Markus, we regret to inform you that we are unable to comply with your request to remove or set to expire the bonus that we issued to your account as you already used the bonus. However, the wagering for the bonus is automatic and will be removed as soon as you accumulate necessary points .”

Thought that “you already used the bonus” mean I’m ready to start from point zero. But not in CD case.
I’ve managed to won some money and decide time to cashout but my request get declined.

I’m glad I didn’t made any deposit there coz in that case they will took $15 from my own money not winnings.
My concerns at this point is that many other wassers can be in same situation.

Guess most of you don't bother to read my 1st post so here is short version
Get "free" $15 from CD Poker, than lost it all and my account went to $0.
Now they want "free" $15 back or told me to earn 1766pt 1st.
Or else CD Poker will took $15 from money I won since account went to $0.
Live support said that if I have deposited they will took $15 from it ( or what he said exactlly it can't be cashout before 1766pt is earned)

Sorry for my bad english but conditional is hard to master.

I am still EXTREMELY PISSED OFF.

This is a standard thing for cd, if you take up the $15 free then u cannot withdraw unless leaving $15 in your account until u clear the points or the expiry date passes (if there is one).

Not a lot u can do, even tho your account went back to 0 you still used the $15 so your account was acctually -$15

Forget trying to get the points, way to hard unless u go to the bigger stake tables, just try a few sng's and win a bit more so it is worth withdrawing ad leaving the $15 there.

i read em both and it sounds like typical poker ripp off imposible targets to get your FREE bucks

This seems to be the standard thing on a lot of sites. It is done to stop people depositing and then trying to withdraw the bonus money. CD bonuses are particularly hard to clear but while you do it you are earning points to play in the 1 point game or some of the other points buy in games. I am still try to fully clear my cd bonus points but i have withdraw two or three times after some winnings after my inital $10 deposit. You just have to work it a bit. I recent had a similar problem clearing on at dream poker but thankfully I manged to do it at the weekend and with a little profit on the long run.

It is hard work clearing some of these bonuses and my only hope each time is not to go bust on the way.

Yes I understand this "It is done to stop people depositing and then trying to withdraw the bonus money. "But still can't understand how this can work when account went to $0.
All bonuses should expired and you start from sqare one. Dunno how much points it was from start ( chatoperator1: Paris: but you still need to earn 1766pts to withdraw including the $15 bonus)
But 1766pts is just unreal to clear or you have to deposit big money 1st and play at big stack poker tables.
What is my biggest concern, that many other wassers can be in same situation. If you took "FREE" (what a joke) $15 and lost it never deposit any money at CDPoker or they will take it back from your deposit.

Well I don't care about $15 but don't like be victim of "scam"
Condidtion to clear "free" $15 was never presented to me in any form. I would never took it in 1st place if need to earn some 1800pts to clear it was presented to me.
You say "so your account was acctually -$15" <--ffs it never shows as it and never recive clear statment about this condition from CD.
Only really stupid person keep play at poker site when acount is -$15 smart person delate poker client from PC and move on. It's not as with bank account that you have to pay it back.

Im not on cd's side, im just trying to explain how they work, I agree that once your balance goes to 0 then any bonus should expire but it dont. I have reloaded a few times and I NEVER take the bonuses as I know they are unrealistic.

Another example of a poker site doing this is poker.com, say u win $10 in the freeroll and lose it all the same day, deposit $20 the next day - get your bankroll up to $40 and withdraw - U cant withdraw it all, u have to leave $10 in there for 1 week, same thing its your money you deposited but it has a timelock on it.

All sites should scrap these bonuses but they dont, they are money spinners for them - You need to read the T&C before accetping any bonuses from any site as if they sound too good to be true then it is!!

every site you take a bonus from has conditions attached so read them first or just deposit with no bonuses ,

cd is one of the hardest places to make your bonus up ,but thats what you have to do because you wanted the " free $15 " nothing is ever free ..

and no i do not support cd poker on this bonus thing - but i have accepted it as a fact .

as with most sites - the bonuses are there permanent - i understand what you say about the account being at 0 but that doesnt count with these bonuses

Get totally misled by Wass Forum Newsletter.
Normally when you recive bonus offer by e-mail there is at last link to site where you can see Terms & Conditions or it is printed in "small letters"

Wonder why forum is marketing to members totally unrealistic "free" $15.
To make it clear I'm not talking about first deposit bonus coz that part is self-evident and you have to clear that bonus.
