[suB]With all the recent bad coverage about players in the cd 1 point game, i have tried my hardest through all of this to stay away from this debate, but after tonights game i feel like i have to make a stance. One person in particular really annoyed me tonight with his constant raising with hands that in my opinion are not worth wipin my arse with. I did try and raise this point at the tables with the player in question - bengt, and to my disgust he then proceeded to take a sly dig at my partner saying something that was well out of order and cannot be repeated here. This kind of attitude fookin disgusts me to the core, bengt does not know me and does not know my partner and has no right to say anything about either of us. If this attitude and behavior is acceptable at this forum and its games then i gotta say that i really dont wanna be a part of this nomore!! I dont wanna leave here as i do really love the place like its my 2nd home.But dont wanna be here if this kind of behaviour or foul mouthed actions are gonna be a part of daily life around here.[/suB]

as far as im aware wass members do not call other members names or have personal dig at people during a wass game

Hey Welshy.

I know the feeling, but don t let people you don't like get on your nerves. just ignore them and stick with the ones you like. This kind of play doesn't pay in the long term, so be patient and you'll stay much more longer at the table than them silly players.

Patience and nerve control are qualities you need at the table, just remember it .

Of course he did not really play the best poker and bullied all the time - especially at the final table, I feel for you mate as I was there aswell. But the term he said in german was not offending - please trust me, I assure it was just an idiom and not meant to offend anyone at the table.

But I was also a bit disappointed about the way he played - there were really donk moves and I don't want this game to be bingo or the lottery, I enjoyed playing there and this week i felt like being surrounded by many tossers and dumb all inners (relatively new members, also romanian) - going all in preflop on ace rag and so on.

Please keep it a "clean" and reasonable game, if I want to see bingo I register at poker.com for a freeroll.

After hearing all circumstances, especially the personal situation of welshy and his wife, I have to apologize for my german comrade - I did not hear the whole conversation while being busy at several tournaments. I hope that all is ok with her and I wish you all the best - I can absoultely understand your angryness my friend.

Such conversations don't belong to anything at any forum activities and there is also a term that I want to remind to all:

"When you got nothing to say, shut your mouth and keep silent!"

The german version looks like this:

"Wenn man keine Ahnung hat, einfach mal die Fresse halten!"

I hope all will end lucky and you will be able to forgive him in the future - I don't want anyone to be bothered on here and there may be also some anguage missunderstandings - but this will never be an excuse.

(I just want to show you another example from poker.com that I was being offended today: I have been called a nazi by an american and a guy from Colombia, just because i am german and won a hand against them and I was also the better player).

the tourney is bingo because the prizes are little and that`s why some people just go all in what they have ... in my opinion

Welshy I know ur circumstances as we spoke at great length, glad to hear ur partner and unborn baby are doing well.



you are right no matter what the game unless people know you personalybut even then they should not be allowed to attack u or ur family.



but dont let them get to you just show that you can be the bigger person in all this and ignore them,because it has affected ur game all nite, and then it spoils things for you.

i had a few complaints about him before but nothing that can get him banned ,

but we have already got 2 people banned ( just for speaking in another language ).

unfortunatly welshy m8 - cd or yoni wont worry about what he called you but i know they are very hot on english only in chat so i will be sending yoni this and hopefully something can be done

i have to agree with the majority on this - cd is becoming bingo land again , people are devaluing it - not moneywise but playwise - its always been a good quality poker tourny .

Welshy I am so sorry to hear this story and hope that you don't leave us for the sake of one idiot being abusive. Over the past few weeks I think all the regular players of the CD 1pnt games will have seen a desperate declinein the manner of play and attitude at the tables. When Stig and WelshGit made such a great effort into making up the active list, and all the PW stealer's were removed, for a short time the games became very good to play in and improved everyones game, but recently I must agree with you things have started going back downhill quickly. The CD game should be a game of skill, including bluffing and raising,for the new members to learn from and join in some Wass fun, but it now appears that there are a lot of players in it for the $8 rather than for the game of Poker and end of month bragging for championship which is part of WASS. Don't let what one person - idiot has said get you down or make you think of leaving Wass. I am confident that Wass admin/mods/Welshgit/Stig will do something about this type of behaviour and will not tolerate it at our tables,and lets hope we can get this game back to what it should be, FUN, and if need be remove the cash element from it to get rid of the noobs. I for one would be very disappointed should you leave for this one incident and I hope you get an apology.
