My brother(Omen4u) and I was playing a tourney at cake. We where in a $5,50 buy in.i doubled up right at the beginning of the game I was slow rolling it playing just my blinds.I know very unusual for me I am a aggressive player. When my blinds would come around he would go all in and steal my blinds. The 1st 3 or 4 times he did it I shook it off My big blind comes around again He called one other player calls I got pocket 66.Flop comes A4J I raise 1000 chips.Omen pushes meall inAJ I call he has 2 pair turn 6 river 2 wellI win (cake rewards low cards)He is mad at me,for a hour he yelled I won 2nd place in tourney he says I stole his glory I say if you hit the all in button and lose it is no ones fault but your own He thinks I donked him outwhat do you think ?

Well I can understand him a bit since you called his all in while two over cards were on the flop (doesn't mean I would behave the same like him, yelling at you for 1 hour lol). He was the big favourite with his 2 pairs after the flop against your 1 small pair and yes you kinda "donked" him out by getting lucky on the turn with your set. So yes he has the right to be angry I guess, even that surely does not justify his behaviour in chat and is also quite ridiculous in my eyes when people do it lol.

Well such bad beats are part of poker I would say and if he can't handle it he should stop playing, that's my opinion.

But on the other hand think about it...if you would be the one pushing all in with AJ in this situation and someone calls with 66 and wins against you on the turn...wouldn't you think maybe as well: " Bah, what a donk !" ?

Edit: If he pushes all in every hand when you are in bb...he has to take the risk that you will call him eventually one time. And since he is your brother, I think you guys shouldn't quarrel about a thing like poker because it's not really worth it.

Look at the hand another way, if you had raised would he have pushed? or if he had gone all in again, would you have called ( pre flop ) reckon the answer to both is yes. Was it a bad beat post flop? yes as you only had 2 outs. The point is you decide wether your gonna play the hand or not pre flop. As he limped with AJ trying to trap, you prolly thought you were ahead thinking if he had an ace he would'a raised. Did you deal the cards? no. Did you deserve the abuse? no. I'm sure he's done the same many times.

It's only poker.

ok I was not in any way angry at my bro or abused him for making the call i was angry at the situation of my luck to lose in that position of the tourney ,we were only like 4/5 away from the money ,when i was busted out by the set of 6's what confused me was his call ,being that we spend every free moment on the tables in the computer world ,alot of time an effort we contribute to the game in hopes to be the best we can be when chasing after the final table, my only concern after exiting the tourney was of him not being on the loseing end of a bad chase an to my happyness timeflight finished 2nd i was relieved that he was a tropper that wasn't going to be pushed around win or lose an i believe that aggression is what paid him off besides how could i be mad when in truth he is very giving with his poker winnings ,in fact he has been keeping me in the action with player2player transfers ,so when he wins i win ,so how could i be mad
