I did mine same time as derek.... I think he got to them a few minutes before me lol. However.... I have just called them back and got the girl i spoke to on reception to bring up the booking reference. Sure enough Pasties was the only name.... I worked out, it seems, they have 15 rooms. I have now re-booked, I double checked that my name is where ever Pasties name is lol. Also requested an email confirmation. They will take payment when we arrive.
I had to explain that each person is going to be paying for their own room. This she didn't realise and so it sounds like when anyone has called up and given the reference number and their name, receptionist or whoever has just been saying 'yes we have that booked for you' referring to the GROUP booking not individuals.
If anyone has to phone to re-confirm then stress you need your name on the list along with everyone elses.
Will wait for confirmation email with great anticipation
