Most of us have ewallets like neteller and moneybooker. It is no thing to transfer money like withdrawing from one site and deposit to another. Besides if u do it that way your are mostly eligble for a bonus and other goodies like freerolls.
I understand that beginning players which have never deposited and won some freeroll dollars are interested in transfer some bucks with player transfer and sometimes I help out. But I never made any profit of such exchanges.
