tell you what. we can just post the cake password in the open password section where the buy ins are to save you having too look at spammers posts Jo as all they will need to do then is just join the forum and not post. then you won't need to go to the opticians to help you read anything

Point is this....ALL rules apply to EVERYONE.

You cannot post 30 some odd posts in one day and be active that day..it takes at least a week. No matter what the quality. Classicola has made some decent posts but will still have to wait like everyone else.

As for the other people in the game...we try to catch everyone that we can...sometimes a cpl may slip through and usually we have members that help and let us know. its alot of dam work on Wednesdays especially...but we do our best and thats all we can do.

If you want to start a thread of people..so be it..makes my life alot simpler and would actually be helpful.

As for him being a new member...I have to agree on giving him a chance...Alot of old members here started out wrong...guidance is the only way to teach. Obviously if it becomes a problem ...then there are set solutions to end that problem as we have done many times in the past.

And personally for Novi...if there is things you need to air you are more than welcome to PM and I will try to help you or answer you in the best way possible...if you dont want me..than there is Trish.

I never once said he should not be given a chance. My point was I came on the forum this morning and all I saw was this guys name in every thread. Normally when that happens it is put a stop too.

I didn't join the forum to get a PW, I joined for the live event and then steadily made my 50 posts so I could join the BRL. When I have got friends to join the forum I have told all of them not to swamp the forum with lots of posts in 1 day as so not to be told off for spamming. I was just a little surprised so many posts from 1 person in 1 day. If I have offended a newbie, who is going to stick around and get involved in wass, I apologise. If I have offended someone who is only here for a PW I stand by all I have said.

And i did join the forum to get a password, and i never got it either

i joined the forum to get the password to the pacific games and was told id have to wait till i made 50 decent posts and then it would be at least a month

i think i made 45 over that 1st month when i got it, was as happy as larry and as you know kept coming back

maybe when you came on jo no mod had been around to delete or merge at that time, but if his posts were decent then i dont believe they would have been deleted anyway but he would have had his account paused so he couldnt see the pws

we try to do this to everyone who we know or think are coming just for pws and then if they stick around and post and play other games then unpause them as they then have the right to play in the fr

as wendi says a thread or a pm to one of us would be helpful cos we often miss them in the crap thats been posted over night

and anyway

its a friggin wednesday what you all expect rofl :laugh :

I think every post in this thread expresses a valid point of view, each with their own merit. It can be irritating when the forum is swamped by spam but we each make a first impression at a new place, some better than others. It's nice to see we can discuss a subject which causes everyone so much grief in a calm, rational manner.

Well I hate Wednesdays on the forum. I like many members are prepared to help new members into the forum but Wednesdays are not a good day to post so much as we all know it's FR night. I hope this new members sticks in for the long haul and become an Active member but I would respectfully suggest to this member to post on other days rather than a Wednesday when we are all anticipating a flood of posts from new members expecting to become Active within a day to gain PW's. It won't happen.
So good luck in your quest to become an Active member of this great forum but it does take time, 'Rome wasn't built in a day'.

I cant spell either so be nice i use dictionary.com to see if i get the words right but i am a horrible speller. So sorr about that also.

Good to hear you're sticking around. Once you've been here a few weeks you'll see why wacky wednesdays evoke such strong feelings.
