I had pocket A's and the guy had 9 2.....and he hit 9 9 2 on the flop...that was so terrible....i didnt play for a week after i lost that hand (Zach)

AA is a strong hand .... but not allways the best hand ..
AA does NOT allways win !!!
So for me to see...it's not a bad beat ..

Not even close. The worst bad beat is when an opponent has to hit two specific cards on the turn and river. for example, AA vs 88 after a flop of 8 8 x

Finally, a bad beat story I can agree with. You hear about bad beats and suckouts and he caught on the river etc. We all play poker with 7 cards. A BB is exactly as described by the post above.

if you stop for a week every time you get a bad beat online you wont be playing much.

A bad beat? I had pocket queens on the big blind. Three of us in the tournament. Blinds were 75 - 150, 3 of us left. Guy to act had just over 2k in chips and raises to 300, small blind folds. I have just over 4k in chips and reraised to 900. Other guy goes allin, I call.

flop Q 4 J

Turn J
River J

I think thats one of the worst beats I've had online. Stats said I was 98% to win the hand before the river fell. After the turn there was only one card could help him. Didn't make me stop playing though.

Aces full against straight flush.
