losing with aa and kk

why do you usually lose with AA or Kk most of the time. i have lost so many times when holding those cards. and it really makes me sick.

I don't think you lose most of the time, especially if you bet it correctly. Just have to play them smart. Slow playing is not always the answer.

I have also lost a lot with such hands, especially AA, now i don't get really exited when getting hole aces, i play them normally, and that works fine.

When you have those nice pocket pairs you really have to watch the board, and have an idea of your tablemate's style because they aren't an automatic winner and they can be cracked so easily. For me slowing playing them is usually not an option I am comfortable with. Depending on position I bet them smart and watch the cards fall and others rections to what has hit the board. Obviously you want to win the pot... but if it comes to winning the pot or losing everything because of a false confidence there is no shame in a good fold.

for me the problem is not the loosing with AA but that its always very expensive to loose with AA or KK

I have faced multiple suck out os AA & KK by Straights and flush..

Yeah Winning with 3 and duce gives more happiness compared to loosing with AA

The problem with AA or KK is they often win U small pots or lose U big ones, unless U are up against another big pair preflop its difficult to get value from them, if U flop a set with them, which is what U want with most pairs its difficult to get anyone to play cos they are the biggest card on the flop meaning unless someone has hit an under set or 2 pair your opponents arent likely to have anything and you are then tempted to allow draws to try and catch which ends up being costly more often than not.

definately dont think you lose more than you win.think you just remember the beats more.give me AA as a starting hand anytime.
