Best Times To Play?

I like to play poker in the evenings and I do well for myself.

Usually, I wake up early on Sunday mornings and play a couple of SNGs. For some reason Sunday mornings I really struggle and I think I am in the red playing at this time?

Is it because there are more drunks, donks ect... in the evenings and the real serious poker players still play in the morning.

this is true! I find during the day is when all the better players are out trying to fight their way threw to a few bucks!
night time seems to have a lot of players who play looser, which is easy money for my wait and pounce tactics.

I son't have spare time in the morning (or, if I do have, I'm still too asleep....), so I prefer playing in the early afternoon when I know I can dedicate 1-2 hours to poker; it's good to play in the evenings but after a certain hour I start getting a little too tired and lose concentration on the game, so I don't usually do it.

The best time to play is when you're not tired and not mentally or emotionally distracted. What time of day this is really doesn't matter much online since there are plenty of places you can play, and lots of games where you have a positive EV.

Time of day does seem to have an impact on my playing, quite often I will get home from work at 7am and play for an hour or so and then go to bed $20-30 richer while on my days off ill play in the afternoon or late evening and lose that. I dont know if its the players who are online or just the mood im in though :/ lol
