Pocket 2-2 & 3-3 ???
I would like to get your opinion on having pocket 2-2s & 3-3s dealt to you. I've found that 95% of the time when I get 2-2s Im better off folding them than wasteing my bet or blind. Now pocket 3-3s Im not sure what to do with this hand. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

as with all small pocket pairs you can call a cheap flop and if missed than just fold,
if short stacked or at a table with 6 or less players just bet heavy, you always will have
45% coinflip if no other pair in the game even against 2 overcards.

Hi !
Usually with a low pocket pair i try to see the flop if there's no raise or small raise ( 2 or 3 x BB) because if i hit i could whin a big pot....
2 weeks ago i have won my biggest live tournament ever ($25 buy-in with $20 rebuys and add on ). I was shortstack at the final table 8 players left and i went all in with 33, i hit on the flop , won the hand and 1 hour later the tourney ( $850).

2-2 and 3-3 are pocket pairs that I fold most times, I call to see the flop only if it is cheap for me, for example in the early stages of the game or when I've reached a good chip count. Further in a tourney, I'd fold them unless I'm shirt stacked and need to go all in; but I found that most times I get beaten because if there are players with big stacks you may get more than one caller, and then your possibilities just collapse. So I don't like'em at all.

Use good judgement when it comes to how much the big blind is. Also if you are really short stacked with around only 5x the big blind or less just go all in, cause waiting for something better might shorten your stack even more. When it comes to low pocket pairs, its best to call the big blind, maybe even more if its early on in the tourney or if you have 100x the big blind, but if you dont flop a set, theres no point in fighting it. Just fold. Some people like to play their pockets all the way to the river no matter what they have to call, cause they get lucky, we call these people donks

My son always says "See it Cheap ~ You will Defeat" so if I can see the flop I do but those aren't hands I put my stack into unless its tiny and hoping to double up or Chips Ahoy and I am trying to get a short stack out.

I guess I'll give them a chance. Most people are saying they are at least worth a look if it's a cheap look.

For me its a see it cheep or not at all type hand. Unless less im in a late position and people are tight or limping, I may do a raise in interest of stealing the pot.
