can anybody give me a some good tips on how to play these and consistly cash

have a very tight shoving range in ep, shove wide from BTN and sb. Call all ins conservatively, unless they're from late position/bvb.

you get many funky bubble situations, so they're kinda hard to analyze without poasting specific hands

The nature of turbos is such that luck is a larger factor than when structures are slower. So the trick is to balance the need to be more aggressive against the fact this means you'll be playing a larger and thus weaker range. This suggests adapting your game so you're not calling as much.

Shove 1010+ in Late Position and premium hands in EP.

play only the best available hands dont get in trouble early

The only hands that are worth playing in those are AA,AK,KK,AQ..
I'm always getting sucked out w anything else for instance my queens are never good there.
Just play super tight..steal blinds when you need to.
