I'm starting this thread to compare my stats at poker.com sit & go's months after months and see if i get any better.

JULY 07 STATS

48 S&G played 21 In The Money 43.75% ITM

1st: 8 38%
2nd: 10 48%
3rd: 3 14%

Won 22.40$ 1$ ---> 1.21$

In red: the stats i need to improve.

AUGUST 2007 STATS

55 S&G played 25 In The Money 45.45% ITM

1st: 10 40%
2nd: 11 44%
3rd: 4 16%

Won 61$ 1$ ---> 1.50$

In red: the stats i need to improve.

Hi Oups..

Im abit confused with these stats. They dont really show alot. Shouldnt you be taking your % out of total games and not just the wins..

i.e.

1st - 10 - 18.18% of games in 1st place
2nd - 11 - 20% of games in 2nd place
3rd - 4 - 7.27% of games in 3rd place

and finally 54.55% not making the money..

So really on these stats you want the 54.55% to reduce over coming months.

I just think it makes more sense as your % only show the % of 1st places but only when you have hit the money so the other 30 games are kinda unaccountable.

I totally agree with you, only i m a bit more positive as prefer to see the 45.45% in the money instead of the 54.55% out of it. And it looks good so far as i increased it a bit this month.

Other stat i find relevant is the ratio buy-in/winnings. I improved it significantly this month and it shows i've been making more cash not only because i played more games but because i got better results.

Try hopping up to the 5.50 and see if you can maintain it there. Even if you come down a little you will still make more.

Once you improve to about 45% ITM there try the 10 + 1 and so on....

I am about 40% ITM for the 10 + 1 SNGs that still makes more for me than the 45 - 50% ITM at the 5.50s
