And for my 700th post this is me with our Manager, Assistant Manager, player and the kids on D7 West Children's Ward at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport!

The dog costume was made in Cardiff at a place called Script to Screen.

The cup was to help promote Newport v Swansea on Saturday.

It was me that was buzzing after 4 hours in that suit

Matkavs is coming down for the Newport County v Swansea City game tomorrow, he's going to see me put another four hour shift in!
