Read it carefully. It's a very good tactic when the game is Deep Stacked like in the WSOP or in any other tournaments where the blinds are small and you have lots of chips.

One element that takes on increased importance when playing small ball is position. Since you'll tend to play a fair number of mediocre holdings, it's far preferable to do so when you're acting after your opponent(s), where you can win a lot of small pots when no one has much on the flop. It also allows for plays like floating the flop and attempting to take the pot later depending what happens.
