Last night I played in a 00.25/00.50 ring game, on the third dealt hand had K-Q flop was Q-Q-5, ended up going allin won $30. What wanting to know is it better to play in ring games or sit n go's to increase my bankroll?

play what ever one you are most confident at.and play at a level you are confident at.

If you want to increase it quickly,ring games are better, but they're also very risky in my opinion (remember always to bring at the table what you can afford to lose!) and I don't play in them; SnGs are safer and often have good prizes too but you've got to be more patient.

Yes you do have a point. I played in some ring games the other day, won a little. Got out before I gave it all back. I think i'll probably play more ring games to build up my frequent player points. Thanks for the feedback I appreciate the info.

if you are going for the CP-points you can better take the 10/25 cent tables, they also give
3 CPs for each raked hand as the 25/50 tables do and is cheaper.
I play mostly at the 10/25 tables for the points, i start with 10 dollars and maximum rebuy once.
if i get above 30 dollars on a table i will leave that table and start another one.
this strategie makes that i make a profit of avarage 50 dollars a day here.
