Default Golden flop

The slow play prefllop finally killed the SS. I played this hand aggressively, but a board paired (one of the villain obviously had a set) or another club would have been a problem.
If you have any comment, please be free to post it (in fact I'm waiting that trying to improve my game).

Thumbs up Very Nice

I'm not sure how you could have played this any better. Of course it would be possible to slow play a made flush but the way it worked out you might not have taken down such a bit pot.

The other players must have known you had made your flush and were hoping to suck out.

As soon as the flop hit I doubt there would be much to stop all the money going in the pot.

Perhaps the most important lesson from this is what not to do with AA.

I dont know if the guy with the bullets was just having a bad day , but his betting was ....well I'm still shaking my head

Yeah, flatting a min-raise with AA is pretty terrible. After getting raised on the flop though I'm just shoving, if pocket 2's are calling $30, he's calling it all imo.

Congratulations on your flush on the flop. Very fortunate that another club did not pop up as you probably would have assumed or hoped nobody had the Ace of Clubs.

And this is a good example of people who chase sets needing to watch out if full house or flush is a possibility on the board. If so, the person with the sets should muck before they feel pain in a hurry.

It was a good hand man and I thought it was played quite well. I have to admit though I have found myself in each of those 3 seats chasing full houses and A high flush lol. Guess I still have to learn what is worth chasing down.
