Never-Call Strat.
I have been playing cards online for about 9 years. And i have become a very good grinder and i have money to prove it. What i have been doing recently in ring games.... No matter the level.... Is never just calling preflop. I will raise if i am going to play a hand. If the hand like say, Ace rag,KT,JQ,QT,99,88,77 etc. etc. comes if i am not in a good position to raise. I FOLD. I NEVER JUST CALL. Bleeding yourself to death will never get you the riches you actually want. I RAISE ONLY!
Let's say i raise and get reraised?!?! Well, the only solution for me since i DON'T JUST CALL, is to RE-RERAISE or the most obvious unless i have AA or KK is to fold. People!... Stop trying to get lucky. If you can stick to this game plan you will see a change in your game and confidence. Try it out and post back on how it works out for you!!

I would probably have to wear a diaper to do that stratagy. Would that be called an Aggresive tight. Do you bet all the streets? Do you capture lots of blinds?
I usually leave a table when I encounter this kind of play.

YES!
Yeah, I do tend to steal alot of blinds this way and if you raise pre-flop.. you need to make a continuous bet on flop and turn and so on unless you obviuosly have a good read on a players beting pattern or know hes checking an ace that flopped when you have QQ,KK or JJ. LMAO.. "depends" if you need a diaper.. so be it!

Glad to see you said ring games as this is not a good tactic for tourney play. I have seen many players start a game with the pre flop raises and it don't take long for any good player to sus out your game. I would imagine you don't stay long a one ring table because again it don't take much to sus out this play even in a ring game.

WOW... Hate to say, Well no i don't.. But i turned $0.60 into $6,600.00 in a month and no one can read me at the table and when they think they have i take thier money, This is the best strategy. I have tryed many. I only play premier hands while doing this. I had a great streak of cards and ran very hot for awhile. That could be why i say this, But it is the best i have found! I appreciate the input...

Aggression is definitely the best policy at ring games. And to contradict Derek slightly it can work in tourneys too. I hardly called (until FT) at Stoke and it paid off nicely. I don't think the OP is suggesting raising every hand, just the ones you play.

Wow,
I have been playing with this since the post. I mostly play sng's so its marginal but has improved my play. The mindset of Pushing when I am in the lead and Bailing when I am not.
I think I will bookmark this post and revisit from time to time.

What table size are you playing.
I can see it working better on tables of 6 as 9 and 10 player tables tend to always get 1, 2 or even 3 callers even on pre-flop raises. Granted, it is usually luckers hoping for a hit - but even premium hands odds are cancelled out by the number of players in the hand.

I have seen this strategy tried in the early stages of a freeroll and it doesn't reduce the field at all. In the later stages when the blinds are higher and stacks are lower and the better players are left it looks like it could be effective. I'll give it a try.

I agree with Dazmon that this would be a very effective strategy on a 6 person table, where not every card is out there, so people would be more willing to shrink under the aggressive play.
I ask myself before calling a blind, that if the person raised would I still call this hand. If I would not be willing to call a raise, I will not call the blind.
