Just Curious why would you not want to take there bonus.I see that it has a 25x play through but if you are playing there anyways why not take the bonus?

BECAUSE YOU ARE TIED UNTIL YOU CLEAR THE BONUS

EXAMPLE - IF I DEP $100 RECIEVE A BONUS OF $75 I GOT $175 TO PLAY WITH - I HAVE TO PLAYTHRU THE BONUS $75 X 25 = $1875 PLAYTHRU BEFORE I CAN THINK OF WITHDRAWING ANYTHING .
WHERE AS IF I JUST DEPOSIT $100 AND I HIT A DECENT WIN INSTANTLY ( SAY $500 ) I CAN PUT IN FOR A WITHDRAWL ON THAT $500 INSTANTLY .

I can see your point .I never deposited at any casino but always thought that when you accept one off there bonus with the play through requirements you can cash out what you win you just cant cash out the bonus money untill you meet the required amount off bets or playthrough but like I said I never deposited at any casino so you would know better than me.Good Luck at the Casino and at the tables.

By now this issue you had is long gone and you have long since won with that money...or lost it.
I am glad they sorted out your bonus...they always do, but if a bonus is added automatically you just need a little patience for them to remove it.
No-one in support sees this thread, they could have been extremely busy at the hour you were playing and took a little longer than you wanted. We have added more people to each shift to deal with all players without them having to wait.
As for your comment re taking money before spin from balance...I have sent it to Topgame and let me see what they say and I will give you the feedback. I appreciate your comments and I do take everything you say into account.
How about a little gift from me for taking so long to reply to you?
