who thinks England over do it every world cup ?

am from scotland but a dont have much against the english but a personaly feel they make to much of a big deal about it they bring out about 10 songs and more a respected they are a gd team with gd players but a think they over do it and dont think they will win this year eiether a think brazil will for the 2nd world cup running

a agree theydo over do it with songs etc , yes i think they have the best squad in the tourney but the pressure the media puts on the team is to much , maybe if they laid back a bit they would have a chance i dont think they will win brazil 2 strong , i respect england as a team every thing else just puts me off media excuses etc. great squad tho fulla chelsea players sud call cheland:P

Ido agree with you guys just look at the rooney incident he has been on the front and back pages of the newspaper for over four weeks now every sodding day , plus everytime you put on the TV its all about him. Dont get me wrong he is by far the best english player but 90% of the team would get into any team in the world, but the media build them up so much we always end up falling flat on our faces.

In my personal opinion this is the best chance we have of winning it , especially with all our top players being at the right age and having the right experience with playing in the champions league and playing against the worlds best in the premier league and finally with it being in a european country with the same kind of climate as ourselves, i do believe it is our time

I have to agree.....it is overhyped and the pressure on the players is unbearable... I do still think we have a good chance...I just hope the boys do it in spite of Sven's incompetence....all the other nonsense is no reason not to get behind them though.

i love all the hype, for me this is the best five weeks ever (until the next one, lol).

i will watch every other team play relaxed, lying on the sofa with a can of lager

when england play i'll be down the pub cos it's better watchin them play in a room full of people who are experiencing the same tension as me.

i'll be staring at the big screen with a triple vodka, 90 fags and no fingernails. at times it'll be unbearable but when england score, the roof comes off and you find yourself hugging people you don't know.
