I think ifLarson stays with Utd till the end of the season he will give Utd the extra edge to return the premership title to its rightful home. His movement yesterday was amazing and not even taking into account that he is 35 and had not played a game for a few months. Maybe the triple is on again this year .
Hamish Chelski could have saved alot of wasted time and money that they flushed down the drain on Shevchenko if they had only looked a little further north.

looks like it. He can take over from Alex Ferguson then!!! Thiugh United could be about to do the same thing with Hargreves. He is a decent player but not for that price and who's place would he take.

Man U might make the same mistake with Hargreaves and already have, with the price they paid for Carrick, but Ferguson has shown a master stroke by getting Larson.
Larson is one of the best strikers Football has ever produced another bonus with him is hes not big headed about it either.

as a celtic fan i know very well of larssons capabilities..
he is probably the most under rated footballer in the world..
he went to the 94 world cup with sweden and excelled, then back to swedish club football where he was playing in a team he had no heart in..
Celtic took him in for 650,000 pounds.. and he went onto be one of the clubs best ever players then tradegy stuck.. the leg break.. many men would give up and say thanks alot im rich cya later.. but henke came back and hit out 53 goals in one season.. and the critics started.. "scottish football is easy.."
look at larsson now
his resume
spl league champion
cis cup champion
scottish cup champion
champions league winner
clubs he has played for, Celtic, Barcelona, Manchester United, Sweden
he has always gone out there and played his game.. theres no cheating on his part and no vicious player.
imo the best match of his career was Celtic vrs FCPorto in seville 2003
Celtic 2 - 3 FC porto.
Celtic fell behind and larsson equalised. then again the same
it went into extra time and despite celtic playing their hearts out
bobo balde got a red card from a diving player which resulted in celtic loosing 3-2 in extra time

Having seen him play umpteen times on the telly I knew we were getting a quality player, its just a shame he's 35 and not 25, and the loan is only for 3 months.
Its going to cost silly money to buy someone with half of his qualities e.g. Torres or Adriano.
Big shame he never came south earlier, might have silenced the "Scottish Football is easy" crowd a few years sooner. As if England teams haven't ever been on the end of bloody tough games against them? Celtic vs United anyone?
All I can hope is Rooney pays attention and learns off him, just how to be a proper professional would be a good start.
Don't get me started in the mistake of buying Hargreaves now - we should have bought him four years ago as cover for Keano when we had the chance.

Go Henrik, big fan of Larson's he did wonders at Celtic although i hope saha isnt out for too long as hes been great for us this season. Villa again today dunno wether hes starting or not but if he is gurantee hel score.
