What you think about Roger Federer?? I just can't believe the tennis he's playing, he's like Michael Jordan of tennis - 25 years old and he is already the greatest player in the world of tennis EVER! - Latest example - semi - final of Australian Open - Federer - Roddick : 6:3, 6:2, 6:1 - MASSIVE RESPECT!
I think he's on his way on winning the GRAND SLAM this year (all 4 grand slams of the season)....

Depend like Nadal will plays at roland garros!
If Nadal plays like last year, it's very difficult to say.
With a Nadal at 85%, Federer wins.

Well, he is not the best player of all times, for example he has not won the most major titles (Pete Sampras has 14), but it is true that he is the top player at the moment and hardly beatable - just at sand/Roland Garros he has not really a chance against the cracks from spain or south america. I think he will more concentrate on this soon to become the greatest of all times and win all 4 major titles in one year.

he was just awesome in the Oz open, didnt drop a set. No-one can get near him, apart from Nadal and only thats on clay. The shots he plays and the speed at which he gets around the court is unbelievable. When he retires, he'll be seen as the greatest ever because he will win so much more in the next few years

As he didn't drop a set in a major tournament he was the first player for over 20 years to reach this again and this shows the strongness and the level he reached! When he gets his play started also on clay he could with the grand slam and will be shown in the grand book of tennis as well as he will be mentioned so far with his titles and his performance. It has been a while that a player got a level like this for such a period of time and this is just awesome. But i als hope that he won't win all because this would be boring .

Federer is currently the most dominant sportsman on the planet, only Tiger Woods is close. He is also the most beautiful to watch, some of the shots he produces are out of this world. As a club player myself I appreciate how difficult some of them are and he often leaves me gasping in amazement.
When all of the current players are at the top of their game only one player can live with him and that's Marat Safin, sadly for the Russian his injury problems are just getting worse and worse.
I seriously believe that injury is the only thing that can stop Federer winning the Grand Slam this year, he has won Masters Series tournaments on clay and can easily adapt his game to the red stuff.
He will also go on to be the greatest player of all time, he'll win more Slams than Sampras and he'll do it with victories in all four tournaments. There is greater depth in the game now than ever and that's just another testament to his greatness.

I disagree with the only player that is close. Marat Safin has some problems with injuries, well, but he has also psychic problems - he can't stand RF. There are several players who can beat RF when they play the top tennis like as Andy Roddick, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, James Blake, and the south american connection. And they surely will give him a hard battle on clay - RF won't win the title in Paris that easily like in down under.

I agree he won't win it easily but Nadal cannot stop him on his current form and run of injuries. The only other threat at Roland Garros could be Gonzalez if he can carry his Aussie Open form into May.
As for Wimbledon no-one can challenge him and the US maybe Roddick.
But it would take certain players having the game of their lives to stop him, and then Federer would have to have an off day.

Roger Federer is by far the most dominant tennis player of our time period be it the lack of competetion who his talent, no one currently playing and no one playing in the near future will ever be able to compete with the great Roger Federer
