I am concerned about this matter also. Reminds me of a thread that JuniorMontana had started some time ago (last year, I think). Anyway, I have been a member of the Poker Players Alliance for sometime now and periodically write my congressmenand senators in hopes to improve the poker policies here in the States. The Poker Players Alliance is FREE to join, and you American players can make a difference. Give it a try. Here is the address:

Its a toughy. I would imagine they have seized all american based money. So i would imagine if you leave it in the client its yours but as soon as you try to withdraw it you may have problems.
Dont quote me on that though.

I would say your safer option would be to transfer it to someone else and have them pay you another way. Maybe a direct transfer to paypal, neteller, moneybookers etc without it coming from the poker site they cant touch it just to be safe....

Peace

At one of the other sites where I posted this, a player has just posted that they were able to successfully use ACH / eWalletXpress to withdraw $200 from PDC and then transfer from there to their bank account. It should also work for Wass Poker and maybe across the Merge Network, since they all seem to offer it.

Good luck!

I personally have had no reason to withdrawal any money as of late seeing how i haven't won enough to take out in last year or so. The last time that i did withdrawal money here's what I did. I used a paypal account to deposit the money then after winning i put that money into a ewallet account then put into the paypal acount and then placed into my american bank acount and never had a problem one of anyone wondering where the money came from. But then again, its my oney whos fucking business is it but me own?
