1)
obviously the situation here
especially with the staff having no contact
with the 'new' owners

2)
Creation of a 'new home' for us to join

Conversation I was having on skype a
few night's back - just had a few spine
tingles (alarm bells) and felt that it was time to get
my money off.

Like I've said.. it was only $10.80 - but that's 'my' $10.80 lol

im supprise u didnt see the signs a few months ago toots - i even posted on wass forum about 6 weeks ago telling u all to withdraw asap.

Highly misleading thread title, Merge is at an all time high. Does this thread contain more positive comments about PDC/Carbon than any other thread ever on Wass forum? Surely.

WassPoker went under when the fly-by-nights who started it couldn't even pay up a few sweatshirts to promo winners. One thing those people did do though is provide a platform for a lot of people to come together and lots of folk to make friends. They may have left under a cloud but they gave us something special for a while.

I too was having the problems of logging in to Wass and or the cashier. Tried to change my password and no response. Tried to contact support and no response. I read the forum posts and decided to try contacting support at Carbon and they tell me my request has been submitted and that I should recieve notice within 72 hours via email. I hope this worked. If nothing in 4 days I will try the luke@mergegaming.com link someone suggested earlier. Thanks for your help everyone...

Most who go to Live Chat will not get it done as quick & efficient as following the advice to email the address supplied. This is due to Live chat not being front end staff if that makes sense. Admin (Merge) are doing things faster hence saying to email Luke or Jared.
