I had trouble depositing and using the codes last night, but support got back within an hour and all is now sorted, nice one

When I had to contact support, I got an automated reply. Then the response was picked up by my junk email filter. Not sure if that is what has happened to you, just an idea.

I have been trying to play on WassPoker now for a couple of days and haven't made it yet either.

When I wanted to deposit it told me I couldn't use the WASSFIRST bonus code.

Can I use the bonus code if I contact support and how do I go about it? They don't answer my mails.

Am I correct in asuming I won't get the Pre regd cupons before I have deposited? (Haven't gotten any yet..)

It is a bit frustrating to be eligble to play in these nice freerolls and added buy ins and not be able to...

i deposited without any code, couldnt deposit with one , then message support and they added the 200% bonus, and i can enter all the freerolls except for a thing called work keeps getting in the way, hope this helps

I was told that I have an active account elsewhere on the Merge Network so I am not able to use the bonus codes as well.

I was not allowed to use the deposit code either, so I contacted support by email and got a response in less than 30 mins. The deposit code will be added manually. Very fast response! Thanks!

contact live support after 8pm gmt and they will add bonus manually.

I ALREADY HAVE DEPOSITED AT .COM. WHICH MAKES YOU NOT ELIGIBLE TO RECIEVE ANY OF THE FIRST TIME DEPOSITOR BONUS'S & FREE-ROLLS. THEY DID THE SAME THING AT CARBON WHEN IT FIRST OPENED. THAT STINKS, SO I WILL NOT BE DEPOSITING AT THE SITE.
