monday nights game 19th april
sean and i both played in this game from about 11.30pm as sean noticed wass was back up and running and told me. sean pm'd alan that it was back but he had logged out so didnt get the message till tues morning. I told sean that i didnt think the game would count as wass had been down for so long, so we decided to play on anyway.
We both have agreed that the points should not count and see the only way out is to remove any points gained from mondays game.
We also feel guilty about winning the money and would like to hear any suggestions how to remedy this. I won $11, Sean won $6.60 and Deek won $4.40(even tho he was sat out).

Well I for the life of me can't believe that Merge permitted this game to go ahead after such a long site/network disconnection, it should have been cancelled, all other sites would have done and refunded the players immediately.
I cant remember what time I last tried to get onto WassPoker but gave up eventually, thinking the game would never go ahead and be cancelled.
I got no problem with Dave and Sean playing when WassPoker came back, they were not to know that we had all given up on it by then.
Had the game been running for 90mins and table was even or did it start when you sat at table? Just curious and will give me ammo to fire at Support when they reply to my mail I sent earlier.
Sorry I didn't make tonight's game, was so pissed off at Cake not taking off I shut down, should not react like that but I am so dis heartened with it all lately but that's another post.

when i finally managed to log on at about 11.30pm (uk time) the table i was at was just finishing a hand. i got a decent hand the next deal and raised n everyone folded. thats when i called the old man and told him that wass was up and running. I then asked if anyone else was here in the chat but no answer so i told him. i also had a look on wasspoker.com and saw that alan was online so i pm'd him to let him no the game was back up and running... i checked the tourney lobby and it said the game had been running for 90mins and the blinds were 100/200 i think. people were on different amount of chips when i got back on the table.
*just thinking about it now i had regged for a freeroll that was due to start maybe 10/15 mins after the monday game and when i logged in to wass it took me to both tourney lobby's and then closed down the freeroll 1. i didnt get to see what had happened with that......

Thanks Sean for that info, it shows that the game was running when the network was down, and for 90 mins they can see that everyone was sat out.

i wondered the same thing derek......i also wonder how many other players were affected....if its on a big scale then it could take some time for support to sift through all the complaints.....
i'd also like to confirm sean did pm me ..ty m8....but why it showed me as online is strange as i had closed my computer down long before 11.30....sean was it the forum or the poker site?

yes mate it was on wassonline.com forum as currently active users. you were the only one that came up so i pm'd you so you would get it instantly rather than put it in a thread and people not reading it
