The Doc is back in the house! I had a great break last week, and have returned better than ever!
Whilst I was away, I noticed that there have been a fewteething problemswith the new Wass Poker site. Whilst Yoni has done a great job answering your questions and with general support, I though it best to put an e-mail together for everyone to see!
Wass Poker
1) As from Tuesday, Wass Poker will have its own dedicated support team. If you have any problems, please contact Yoni on the forum, or e-mail rick@cdpoker.com or Rachel@cdpoker.comand they will be happy to help you with anything fro installation to bonus problems.
2) If you already have CD Poker, and want Wass Poker, you have two options. a) Carry on playing as normal on CD Poker, but e-mail support with you username to receive your first deposit bonus and free $15. b) Uninstall CD Poker and download the new version from http://www.wasspoker.com. Then e-mail support to activate your account.
3) If you don't have CD Poker - visit http://www.wasspoker.com, download and create an account. When you deposit, make sure to e-mail support to get the free $15!
4) The first deposit bonus is 150% up to $500plus $15 free - If you don't receive it, please let support know so that it can be fixed - we don't want you to miss out!
We are sorry about all of the confusion over the set-up of Wass/CD Poker, but these things are never easy!
On the positive side, the new 1point nightly buy-in tournaments start again tonight at 9PM UK time, and we are expecting some good games! The games are protected for Wass members only - if you are unable to register you will need to contact 'drsharpe' or 'yoni' in the forum so that you can be added. We are also in the process of creating a list in the forum of all the users - if you don't see your name when it goes on, please let us know!

First off i would like to welcome youback Dr Sharpe and i hope you had a great break .
Second partand forgive me if i am being abit dense here .. but i have abit off money on CD poker and if i download this new version will i lose it .. also i have still not got my new username for Wass .. so would it be worth me doing this anyway :?.
I know you must probably had loads asking you about this .. but it is the first time i have said anything about this apart from not recieving email .. as i do understand that these things take time and you have enough on your plate sorting this all out .. with out being bombard by me .. i just confused about it now hence this reply to your post.

You can simply keep your CD Poker account - e-mail suppport rick@cdpoker.com or Rachael@cdpoker.comwith your usernameto receive your bonus on your next deposit.

So do I understand that there is no difference between CD Poker and the new Wass Poker? Will we be able to play Wass games even if we do not download the new version of Wass? If I do download the new Wass, what happens to my money and my old CD account? I am completey confused on this whole deal. :?I have tried to email Rick and Rachel and the email keeps coming back "undeliverable". I have never had that problem before when emailing CD Poker. :?I used the email links in the newsletter from Wass. Doc, if you could help me out here or pass my information on to CD I would really appreciate it.

that is the same message I received from CD Poker too. Like I said, I never had any problem contacting support at CD Poker before. Hopefully they get this straightened out soon. Usually when I email CD Poker they are right on top of it and answer their emails very promptly.
