This is it. The day before the biggest event in Wass Caisno history! Tomorrow sees the beginning of the 2nd Wass Casino Live event....Wass Liverpool Live 2007!
Forget the WSOP...this is the WASSOP!

If you are coming to Liverpool live, then please ensure that you are at the casino in plenty of time for the event! As you all know, we are meeting at about for a few pre-game drinks in 'The Derby' pub, about 50 yards down the road from the main entrance to the Grosvenor Casino. If you cannot make this, please make sure that you are at the Casino for 8PM in time for registration!
If you are unable to go at the last minute - please let us know. Similarly, if you do wish to attend and you haven't put your name down, it's not too late - simply PM 'DrSal' or 'Wass Casino (Doc)' in the forum to let them know!

The 5x5 League update Season 1 of the 5x5 League is just past the half way mark and the clear leaders are Team 420 as they are the only team still with a 100% record, if they can extend their run through the final three matches they will be crowned league champions and with performances like their 50-17 win over the Usual Suspects they will take some beating.
Week 4 was very exciting with cup winnersTeam Untouchable Wales making light work of last placedLadies & Lemons in just 82 minutes,the shortest match in 5x5 history!
Elsewhere Team UK held onto second place with a 44-22 win over the International Bullringers with only four players, it was a huge blow to the Bragging Rights champions who have struggled to adapt their game to the 5x5 format.
Thematch of the round though was the Dangerous Divas of Wass 36-31 victory over Team Vitruvians, the Vitruvians had four of the final six players remaining but in a dramatic comeback Katymaty and Weetineyturned the tables to finish first and second respectively.
Week 5 sees leaders Team 420 take on last placed Ladies & Lemons, the Usual Suspects go up against the Dangerous Divas of Wass, Team Vitruvians and Team UK fightit out to be the challengers to the title and thetie of the round is betweengreat rivals Team Untouchable Wales and International Bullringers!
