How about the last weekend of September.
As people were saying they'd like the February event a bit later, my logic is if we move the September on back a couple of weeks, then we move the Feb to early March, we can keep the 6 month gap.
Thats the weekend I am aiming for at the moment. If there are mass problems with this then I need to know.
I know kids are back at school etc, but if people want them moved then theres not many options.

Personally I woulda liked when kids were off, easier to send them on the train to my Mothers But if I wanna go then I gotta do what I gotta do

Liverpool, Stoke and Newcastle, the last 2 and the next one. Liverpool and Newcastle BOTH have airports. Stoke is close to Liverpool. The whole of England only takes about 8-10 hours north to south, and we never go right to the tips. So I don't think that is a great issue all things considered.
In September we have:
5th and 6th, end of school holidays.
12th and 13th
19th and 20th
26th and 27th.
As I said before if people want to move the February one back cos its too close to Christmas, then we could do with moving this one back too. Can't really go into October, as that is the same distance from Christmas as February, so I don't see the logic in that.
I would also prefer school holidays, but if we're gonna move it then I suggest we go to the last weekend of the month. Then we can move the February game to early March, will probably have to account for Easter then too.
It will be in the South of the country. Not certain of the venue yet, but I'm in discussions now. Will have more information after the Newcastle event.
