Steve did you use the phone number on the first post of this thread? Evillucks been trying and claims that the number doesn't work. Think shes just using some American mobile, either that or shes lost the plot.

She's lost the plot Gary...not surprising really ...yep to answer question used number on first post asked for reservations and all sort in 2 minutes...even got confimation e-mail 10 minutes later....like i said excellent customer service

I just got my room booked for reading, and like everyone before the customer service was excellent and very rapid and helpful. Had everything sorted out within 5 mins 37 secs. Handy when your phone tells you how long you are on the phone for. Again thumbs up so far.

Ok finally booked my room. I have booked a twin and at this minute im in there on my own so if anyone wishs to jump in the spare bed just let me know and ill get you added.
