[align=center]What is an Active Member?[/align]

[align=center]An Active Member is a person/player of Wass who contributes to the community, wether it be in the chatroom or in posts.. [/align]

[align=center]Why to be Active?
Once you become Active you can expect to play in the Weekly Active Member competitions on the various sites including Wasspoker.comTitan-pokerPoker.comand possibly more rooms in the near future.. the prizepools in these competitions is slightly more than the regular player freerolls.
plus the fact your playing with people you know and you get a better game with people you know, the quality of play is higher! [/align]

[align=center]How to become Active:[/align]

[align=center]Chatroom:
anyone can come into chat and instantly make friends with anyone there.. nightly there is a fair group of people increasing weekly.. from all over the world, being known by your fellow chatters is a great way to become active and enjoy yourself at the same time.

[align=center]Posts:
Posts do count towards activity but not by number, but by quality.. 50 posts of one liners, or one word replies wont get you Active. Posts that continue the community feel weather it be a joke, a bad beat general chat, where you play. and the likes that make the community grow are welcomed and before you know it will also make you become Active[/align]

[align=center]The Stages of Activity:[/align]

[align=center]Once selected to be active you get atleast Two weeks Active member Status.. in the "Trial Active member" there will be an overlap in enrollments, example
1st-14th Group 1
7th-21st Group 2
14th-28th Group 3
once your two week Active status is complete you will be moved to "fully active" where the Monthly checks will be done to see if you have fully active status

[align=center]If you should be going on holiday or leaving the forums for a long period of time it is important to post and inform usor your active status will be lost. a forum will be made for posts on this issue

[align=center]Passwords:
passwords will be issued to all active members in an email ahead of tournement starting, if on game day you do not have a password for the competition you may private message(pm) a moderator for it, in turn they will check if you are active. and reply with it. moderators are [/align]

dont leave it until 5 minutes before starting time because you may not recieve passwords in time,[/align]

[align=center]How to lose Active Status:
If you become an Active Member, it is important to remember.. if you stop being active you will lose your status and the free rolls going with it! you will have to start again.. earn your way Back to Activity! The Active list is moderatored once a month... Every Member checked to see if they are Active or Not. so over the space of the month if you appear to be inactive then you will lose the status..[/align]

[align=center]If you are an Active Member and you are caught sharing the passwords with friends or unactive members both you and your friend will be banned from future Active status. [/align]

Today i was happy about reaching my 49th post. I wrote my 50th post and i thought that i will be eligible for Freerolls at carbon poker etc..
But i had seen that it showed 49th(again). i wrote about 6 more but the "counter" showed 49 posts( AGAIN). Why? PLZ help me

maybe a mod considered you posting in anything and everything as spamming, you aint going to become an ACTIVE member that way, mods and admin dont take kindly to ppl posting in any thread they find in the hope of reaching 50 posts just to play a FREEROLL

it could also be that you posted in the part of the forum that does not count towards the post count such as the introduction, humour and usernames

my counter is broken to! i start o post couse i wanna play those tournys on carbon, maybe meet some ppl here, i can see there are some big players around here but..... my counter doesnt work! anyone can tell me what iam doing wrong? happy holidays to all

cille - think youve misunderstood the question here.........

Leo the posts in all of the forum count apart from the introduction threads and joke threads. The posts in usernames threads dont really count as they get deleted once the lists have been updated (when some of the other lazy mods (myself included) actually get around to doing them)

just checking in to see the latest on new wass poker. joined 11-07-07 and have not heard or recieved e-mail from wass. only get to play on wed. on cake poker. good luck w/new site. ombpapa

thx bubbles, i really ment the sports and casino sections, but is i understand just the intro threads and the humor threads do not count as well as the personal threads.
I asked this quesion because i want to become a active member as soon as possible while the bulls want me in their BRL team, a before i can play there i need to have active status.

I will try to contribute to the forum as much as possible, but the post i now make will be mainly to introduce myself and to give some of my opinions.
