Patti I had that problem with maggie and had to get doc to cure the problem way back when
I am not sure what you can do now that we have an invisible owner.
I know that it can be fixed but not who can or will do it.

Thank You Gizmo for the info. We know the problem ,they changed our email info on the main site but no one has changed it in Admin. Murph keeps telling them and they disregard what he says and suggests its another problem. Told us to validate our new emails, yet we can't access Admin because Admin has not changed the email address to match our sign in address.Starting to give up seeing how they choose not to simply change our Admin info.

Giz I get more annoyed every day with support..I have talked to 5 different people explaining by detail what was happenning..then they send you this remark( what IE are you using..you need IE 7 or better for our software)..no shet Einstien,I have been using IE 8 along playing and depositing into your site for the last few years...then I change my e-mail address (so that I can use INSATADEBIT instead of Moneybookers)now I cant open PLAYER ADMIN or deposit or verify my e-mail yet they ask this question..give me a break...it's been close to 2 weeks now with these guys now...why the hell should I support this site with all this B.S. (because I like to play with fellow wassers thats why)..but that could come to an end very soon...

If you loosen your trade restrictions you will invite new customers. Keeping things too in house will probably result in the whole thing imploding and that is not good for business, so open it up to everyone and see what happens. I like the idea of games not just restricted to forum members...otherwise it just seems like another elite "club."

Don't know if this post went in the right place, it was supposed to go with the other comments about the new improvements about to happen...seems to have ended up here tho...
