I totally agree Wakou.........no money added .......where is the carrot on the string???? None as far as I can see yet. A smaller buy in amount with even $50 added would draw a lot more people...
I also feel the Freerolls should alternate with the buy ins in order for people to develop a wee bit of a bankroll to play the buy ins. I noticed in titan the fr's are all prior to the buy ins...but in Noble the large buy ins are all before the freerolls... I guess there is method to their madness though . I obviously don't know anything about arranging games so should keep quiet about it.

No way they are guaranteed games, if they don't get 15 to reg the games don't play...........how the hell can that be a guaranteed game as others say it's a $10 buyin with no added money.
What total tosh!

There has obviously been an error made here, you don't need me to tell you that.
All of the future Wass games will have a 15 player minimum. This has been overlooked when the guarantee and the buyin has been set.
One solution is to make the first freeroll at noble, which is for $100, only open to the people who deposit and play the first buyin at noble.
That way if there are only 15 play the buyin, only 15 will play for the freeroll. I know this is not ideal but as the game is set there is no other way to give everyone an added incentive.
For future buyins we will get the buyin amount dropped so that the guarantee is actually a guarantee.
I hope this helps.

Err no it doesn't Blocks mate, dropping the buy-in = usually more players = the players themselves are STILL paying for the totality of the prize, exactly like ANY other gtd Tourney on ANY other site at ANY time of night or day.... This is not ANY kind of special offer at all. How much extra trade would a shop get offering "Two for the price of two" or a shoe shop offering "Two for the price of one" Do the new bosses assume that we are stupid? Treating existing customers with contempt is not the way to establish a business IMO

So you don't want any guaranteed tournaments then?
Why do you think sites offer guaranteed tourneys? Do you really think they don't want enough players to register in order to fill the guaranteed amount with entrance money?
If a site offers a guaranteed prize of $500 with a $5 buyin, guess how many players they are hoping to attract. It certainly aint 50.
When Boots do their 3 for the price of 2 offer, there is a reason why they give you the cheapest item free.
The mistake with this game was made. I have offered a solution, granted its not a huge incentive, but under the circumstances it is an offer.
The simple thing is this, if you don't like it don't sign up and don't play. Problem solved.
What gets me is we have all these members who keep saying:
"We love to play Wass games with our Wass friends".
But because they don't like something about the new game they don't want to play. It doesn't ultimately matter if they are playing a game with their wass friends, all that matters is how much extra money they are being offered to play it.

A lot of us do love to play games with our wass friends and that includes our friends from across the pond. It is a shame that these new games do not include them at the present time. How many of them will find new forums, that play forum games at USA friendly sites, as there are now no games for them here?
How many of us can afford to deposit at new sites with Christmas just around the corner and many of us struggling financially due to the recession? I know I can't afford too. I am going to really miss playing nightly games with friends and feel that I am now just another name on a forum as I can't take part in games with my wass friends.
I understand that things have to change for improvement so be made and that this is a business for Jon and that he can't afford to be losing money and I really do hope things improve and more games ( at USA friendly) sites are going to be added to the calendar.

Novi, Jon is trying to get US friendly sites. If they don't want to play ball there is nothing we can do.
At the moment the games at Wass Poker, and Cake I believe, are still running, so keep playing them till they end.
As for being able to afford to play the games, yes christmas coming is a big hurdle for a lot of us to overcome. I had to take money from WassPoker to fund Noble, which is what I always do when I need a new site. If I didn't have the money at Wass Poker I wouldn't be playing the noble game.
Powermax, that is a very good question. I will certainly look into that and see if we can get it changed in the future.
