also, as you say Derek, these are free to Wass and we have no idea how long Cake will continue to schedule them. i have a thought, why not just use these games as freebie to all, no post requirement , get hundreds of entrants, because for sure when Cake does take a look, wouldn't it look better that we are getting large numbers in the games?
if 200 people have to register at WASS Forum to access the PW, and if even 1 in 50 sticks around and becomes a contributing active member @ Wass Forum, it is worth the price, which is 0$.
just my 2 cents,
i think the cake game idea is a good 1 m8 , and new active members would be a bonus ..
but as for banned members - most people on wass dont realise how many chances banned members get before admin actualy ban them

Regarding the Banned forum members, do you really think that by playing in our forum games that they are doing themselves any favours to rejoin us on the forum? NO the complete opposite. Even I am getting fed with it. I don't want them banned from Cake but if necessary if and when we re establish our contact with Cake this may be our only option. As Git said, 'It's your payouts that get effected'.
They still show that they have no respect for Wass rules, they know they should not be playing but continue to do so, what can we do?
Like I said, hopefully things will change so keep watching.
As for making our games open to all, they are? the only requirement for our buy ins is to be a member of the forum, PW's are available for all members to view without post requirements, as for our Wednesday Free Roll, is 10+ post's too much to ask for from members, this game is a reward to members of the forum for participating in the forum not a freebee to the whole world of online players. If we were to have an open Free roll for all do you really think Wassers will play in a game for a mere $50 with a field of 100/200 maybe more? I don't think so personally.
