Not particularly. I do all the work whilst I am playing poker or watching stuff I have downloaded or am catching up on.

Setting up the spreadsheet as I wanted it took about an hour (whilst I was watching burn notice on the pc) and up dating the scores takes no time at all as I do them as the game is being played (catching up Jan and Feb took about an hour). The longest time now is spent getting the results from excel on to Wass but now that I have sussed my method for that it will only be about 10mins each month.

so what do you suggest i do in regard to giving out the player of the month on?

full points scores

60% played

50% played

I still like going by percentage (50% minimum), but adding 2 percentage points for each game played.

Ultimately the decision on who gets what isn't mine. It is either something for the mods or the members to decide.

When Zed was doing it the award went to most points scored in the month.

Personally I would prefer to see both top points scored and best average for over 60% of all games played getting an award.

The Sat and Sun only tables are then there to give people who play less games a chance to see how well they are doing.

I agree with Daz and would like to see awards for BOTH most points and top average... that way i get one for January!!! Never gonna get one otherwise as I never play enough games and I think you would have to play all games to win it... unless you're that good, which I'm not!

The way I see it it that it gives people who play regularly but not all games a chance for an award! i find it difficult to judge yourself against others on the basis of total score unless you play every game so how can you see how well you play against others!?? Might just be me, but I like stats that allow comparison, which most points would only do if all games were played! Ergo, half the players in the BRL would most likely be excluded from winning an award!

Please TRISH can there be 2 awards and not just the one for top points???????
