What is the difference: blue square and green square located near the number of posts (i have a blue square)

I was just wondering that!

Blue and green square are votes/user reputation
The user reputation system is a means by which users can rank each other, and shows you how popular you and other users are in the community.

All ‘Aces’ or above are allowed to give or take reputation from other users. User reputation has 15 different levels:

{User}has a reputation beyond repute

Whilst your reputation does count towards active membership, it is not the deciding factor.
