Can we get a "shout box"?

Hey Doc?!? Is there any way you can get a SHOUT BOX added to the Forum Index page? -- I've been on a few forums lately that have it, and it's pretty fun.. -- Especially since nobody uses chat anymore. -- Then maybe we can get some custon sitngo's going every once in a while like we used to in the good old days...

Funny you should say as I know Block has brought this up to Doc and i know they spoke about it..but not sure what will be coming of it.
