If you have a question and its not being answered you need to PM one of us. Its hard to catch every single thread thats on here..if your having a problem with wasspoker you need to
a. speak to support
b. leave a PM for doc or evilluck.
The rest of us have no connection with WassPoker..just the forum so all we can do is also notify Dave when hes back.
The rest of us all do have lives also and we try our best..Scotlady had posted this to us so we would see it..so yes we are here...but you have to give us time to channel it through ..and it may take a few days with Sharpe out.

Well all i have to say is evil has answered other posts that have been posted after mine and no one can be bothered to answer.
they always seem to be on a short hol or to busy to help anyone on the forum any more.
Games have not been sorted that people have asked for it just seems no one cares about the forum or the members on it anymore.
I dont moan and i am not bothered about the bloody promo anymore i am just so pissed that no one has bothered to look into or help it just says so much about the forum now.

Oh good lord...give it a rest. You know Scotlady and myself have both answered you. Theres is alot going on here everyday..alot needing done..and an order to the madness. You have no idea what goes into running the forum...or the poker site...so who are you to say no one cares..? Just because you havent got what you wanted within 5 days? I told you we would look into it..and we would let them know. I also told you what to do also..so Im assuming you have spoken to support and also pmmed Dave and evil??? And remember 2 of them days are weekend days. Now i could see if it had been over 2 weeks and no ones done nothing..but jesus christ. Is this all people know how to say is we dont care about anything...then maybe your right..lets all pack our bags and go home...because we do way too much work to just for everyone to think we dont give a shit.
Ill say it one last time...it will be looked into...i promise...just give us some time (as in next week)..we arent out just to ignore you.

Not sure why you did not hear back from support as they contacted me about it to ask what could be wrong on the 3rd. It is possible that the reply could be in your Junk folder. As for getting an answer from me as Maxim has said I've been on holiday and I don't get a chance to read the entire forum in the limited time I am online. If other posts received a reply after yours it is probably because someone sent me a PM about them.
On to your complaint about not having received an Olympic promo payout. There is nothing wrong with it, you did not earn enough comp points to qualify for a cash prize. If you go to your player admin or click on https://secure.wasspoker.com/olympics08.html while logged into the client you can see your total comp points for the month of August which were not enough to quallify. If you have further questions feel free to PM me and I'll be happy to answer.
