password problems

Hi
i have not been on in a while due to problems with my boys and getting them ready for school.
i have tried twice to enter a password free role and it says that i am not alloud to get the password.
i know i have 59 posts and it is a password for 10+ but wont let me play
is it something to do with the update to the site or is it me.

can someone help me to fix the problem

Your are no longer eligible to access these passwords. Before tonight you have only posted once in the last year and have had your status reduced for lack of activity.
Solution: post more regularly!
