Default WassPoker Account Suspended

i have some issues with wass poker. i had my account suspended there because i ATTEMPTED to deposit with too many different credit cards. if they would have let me deposit with my first, second, third, or even fourth card then that wouldnt of happened! i have never had so many cards denied at a poker site in my life and i have deposited on dozens of sites. then, when i went to (not so live) live support i had to leave a message and the reply told me i had to send them all the card number and the expiration dates of all the cards i used in order to have my account reactivated!?!? wtf for? i have a friggin stack of credit cards and dont know exactly which ones i used because as i tried them and they got denied a set them aside and tried another. but when my account got suspended i put all the cards back together and have no idea which ones i used. at the time i had no reason to believe i would need all the information of each and every card i ATTEMPTED to use, who would? and why do they need that information, AGAIN? i dont get the problem they have and i dont get what sending them my credit card information, that were denied, will do for them? pretty much just pissed off about the whole thing and gave up after explaining all of the above to them and didnt get a response.

i play in the OFC events and see that next months event is at wass poker but not sure how or if i am going to play in it when the support at wass poker sucks and i am getting no help in resolving the problem.

should i set up another account and just start over?

i am not an active member here so can someone tell me how well the poker site and poker forum are connected. meaning, the people that run "live support" on the poker site, will they see this? will posting the issue that got ignored on "live support" even get noticed here? or are all the people in charge of the poker site in charge and active here too? hopefully the right person will see this and i can get this issue resolved.

well maybe it would help to reduce this stack of cards and just use 2-3 for poker, might avoid trouble in thr future

I had same problem as you last year, when I started to play poker with money. I have my account on Carbon and I was suspended when I register my third card and my first card was a debit card. I guess my bank did not like the idea. I still don not know why my 2nd did not work. Anyway, carbon thought it was a little to much with three cards and suspended me. I talked to live support, via a link in a mail they had sent me. They gave me advice about using like moneybooker, neteller, click2pay or anything like that...

However, I did not need give them the numbers of my cards. I just told them so remove them all and they did.

I hope your problem will be solved soon.

i dont know how that will help. i am not depositing with a stack of cards, i am ATTEMPTING to deposit and getting denied so i try another one. a credit card that is approved to deposit on one site does not necessarily mean it will be approved on another site. poker sites are very picky in which card they will accept for deposits but generally by the 2nd or 3rd card i will find one that works (except on wass). ALL my cards are paid and active. they are not getting denied for any reason known to me but for some reason poker sites like to have credit cards as an option for deposit yet deny most of them (for USA player at least).

lol, are you kidding me?!?! pm me your email addy and i will send you all my correspondence. you will see the time stamp of when i sent them my problem and when they responded, how i explained my problem, and how they responded. EVERYONES experience with customer service, no matter where its at, is going to differ. i understand some people think its great, me, not so much. and i only said (not so much) live support because i am a US player and generally only online from 4pm-12am est when live support is not available. i am asleep when live support is live. i also take it that you are european, depositing for US players with credit cards is much more difficult (since the UIGEA passed) from what i have been hearing and experiencing. and i only use more than one card online cause the attempted deposit gets denied so i try another one, denied, try another one, etc. and yes ALL the credit cards are in my name and are in good standings with the credit card company.

everyones experiences are different. to call it rubbish is rude.

i tried to log on for the first time since the end of august and my account is reinstated! i didnt get any correspondence from support so i dont know if this thread got my account activated or my last email to them in august but it is active now. since my horrible experience with attempting to deposit with credit cards i have since set up an alternate method to deposit so i wont have this problem again. i was hessitant to use an alternate method because for US players it is difficult to find a method that is going to be around for more than a couple months. i had almost $1K frozen for 5 months when the UIGEA passed and neteller closed their doors to the US. then firepay, moneybookers, and ecocard stopped their service to the US market. and now epassport just stopped service with the US a couple months ago and i am just tired of going thru the hassle to set up account after account but i guess we really dont have much of a choice in the matter until we can get the US government to change its laws. i am just annoyed by the whole deposit and withdraw system on all poker sites and this last incident was the straw that broke the camels back and just needed to vent. thanks for listening and sorry for sounding so bitchy but i have of habit of bitching too much. just gotta learn to ignore me,
