In one thread I posted on, my posts were combined and I effectively "lost" a post. Is this common? I'm a newbie, and at this point my # of posts is rather important to me for password access, member ranking, etc. The 2nd post was directly after the 1st, but I feel it was a quality post that stood up in its own right. On another thread, I have 2 posts back-to-back, and they weren't combined. I've already caught the term "Wednesday Spammer" and hope that my posts weren't combined for this reason. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am still quite new to this but I would think if you post one post after the other within a short time scale then they will be merged. I had a look at the said posts that have not been merged and there is over an hour between them, but if you like i can merge them for you The reasons they get merged is if we didnt then there would be posts everywhere and ppl would be posting willy nilly to increase postcount. This stops the "spammers" from making a mess of the forum.
I'm sure another mod who can explain it better will answer anyway.

the mod probably missed the other 2 posts and thats why it wasnt

If that were my only reason for being here, I wouldn't have stopped before 10 posts to begin with. I plan on being an active member of this community and took the time to find threads that were relevent to me and ... LOLOLOL
Not taking anything away from other mods, but Jax is the reason why i stayed and remain a loyal Wass Member. When I first started she explain a few things to me and I stayed. now I know even more mods and you all are cool as hell....even Block(kickin me out of chat)...
