I have just been in touch with Wasspokers online support as I wanted to transfer funds from my account to my wifes the following is what happened

i had the exact same problem recently makes little sense. but from what i can make out both accounts need to have made a deposit into them first

thats the same on all merge networks not just wass

i had the exact same problem on .com and wass and they never make any sense all you can do is try a few things and see if it works

When Waspoker opened we both put deposits in and we still can't transfer so I don't know whats going on

I had the exact same conversation with live chat on a merge network too parky and I felt it was pretty daft too.

I find I can transfer to some players but not too all players so not really sure what to say or suggest.
