2 Wass Online Poker Problems

I did´t know where to put this, so i put this here.

1.: I have 7.14$ left on my Wass Online account and wanted to join the Wass 16 0´clock game but the system told me that i don´t have enough funds. Ok, i tried the last weeks to play with my last 7.14$ but i wasn´t allowed to use it. So, has anyone else funds on Wass Online which can´t be used??? And how can i solve this problem?

2.: After this situation above i deposited at 15:40 o´clock server time 50$ with my Mastercard as i regular do so. Normally a pending transaction will need about 1 minute to get acceopted, especially verification process is allready prooved.

I contacted Online support:

He also had no idea what is wrong with my account, so i ask you Admins and Forum users. Do you know those knids of problems and do you please know how to solve them?

Its 16:25 atm and my 50$ still aren´t on my account.

I also tried to cancel the pending transaction but i got following message:

Error:

Unable to cancel the selected transaction. You can only cancel pending transactions.

Than i clicked on Cashier/Deposit and it writes:

No further deposits can be made while you have a pending transaction. Thank you.


So, you can imagine, i am really confused with that problem and i want to play on Wass.

hi ulrich, look under cashier, coupons if you have gotten the $5 bonus only for blackjack from
the old promo, that cash can only be freed if you bet a certain amounth at blackjack,
and can only be used for blackjack.

as long as is not cleared is cannot be used for poker

I have had the message about not being able to cancel a transaction.

When this has happened to me it is because I have not selected the pending transaction. Just pressing the "Cancel pending transaction" button isn't enough. You have to first click on the transaction that you want to cancel.

Woohoo! Thank you wolfie, the money was really reserved for the Blackjack Table. Thank you ver much.

So i just played with my 7.14$ Blackjack and lost them. lol

Also thank you Adam, for this information, i tried it, but i also didn´t work.

My transaction is still pending and i can´t cancel it, so i´ll try to contact online support again, because i dont understand what is going wrong with this transaction.

So 1 problem solved, 1 problem left.

PS: Today is Saturday and there is no Online support. So i have no cash on my account i can´t play Wass Games except the BRL Game and my transaction is still pending.
Would be nice if one of the Wass Online Admins could help me to play real money games tonight.

that is a strange one gunter....i hope its soon fixed as you are missed in the games m8....have you tried receiving a transfer to see if you could join games in the meantime?...if not give me a shout and ill assist

As first i wanna thank you all for your offers to help me.

I hoped to find a solution without loaning money but it seems that i can´t solve this problem within this weekend.

No, Alan, i couldn´t try playing a game but i had no problems registering for the BRL Game, so i am sure if i had money on my account that i could register for real money games.

But i am not sure that i will get a money transfer during i have a pending transaction.

But, what would you all do?

1: Contacting Online support on Monday again (They don´t work on weekend), but i am not sure this will help, cause of my Online support text above.

2: Write an email to Wass support discribing all the problem and hoping they can help

or

3: contact Doc or Wass Online Admins like evilluck and they can help hopefully???

Hi all!

I don´t know what the problem was but my transfer was denied because of : timed out. I tried again 5 minutes ago and now i have my $$ on my account.

So, i think it was a software problem caused by merge network but everything is running well now.

I wanna thank you all who tried to help me with advices, contacts to Doc and evilluck and also thank you all for your offers to help me to play weekend games but i hope you understand that i didnt want to play with friend´s money if i don´t know where the problem with the transaction was.

Its really nice to see how many freinds are here.
