I HAD THIS ABOUT 6 WEEKS AGO

I ACTUALY GOT HOLD OF LIVE SUPPORT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS GENUINE + MY ACC WAS LOCKED UNTIL I SENT THE PROPPER ID ( AGAIN )

I SENT THE ID BUT NOT TO THAT ADRESS IT WAS JUST TO SUPPORT@NETELLER.COM

SO I THINK ITS GENUINE BUT NOT SURE ABOUT THE RETURN ADRESS M8

thanks to all who have responded to this...i think if we all have them its probable the email is genuine..but as git has said emailing the reply to support sounds like a tops idea....

it will still work until november 1st your account .ive had the same email .as yet i havent sent them the scan of the bill but now i know you all have had it i suppose i will.it has to be sent via email or post i think(nothing to click on there website). any recent bill with your name and same address will do i think its to prove you still live there due to new regulations to stop fraud

I have also had two e mails over the last two days asking for the same information as all of you, I was a bit worried but after reading your replies I think all your advice is very helpfull, I will send them my details and see what happens, Im not sitting on a telephone if thats how long it takes for somebody to answer a simple question. lol. thankyou all for your opinions.

I've had the same email (4 times so far) and sent 2 messages explaining that i have no scanner or digital camera but i could telex the details......no reply....

Not impressed with their customer service.

Stilll...took all my money out of there and imagine they will lose lots of customers with this attitude.

Oooops I binned these assuming they were a scam just like all the ones I get from banks I've never had accounts with. I guess I better contact them
