i have a very weird situation and am beginning to feel un secure here!
i made my 1st deposit under the impression that i was entitled to a %100 bonus on the money i deposited!
well i made my deposit and i contacted support, they gave me a %100 bonus and an initial deposit freeroll coupon!
that same day Ben from support said he somehow made an error and was to remove an incorrect code that he issued and that he will be issueing the correct one later!!!!
well let me tell you that since than live suppoort has been dodging me very open and obviously!!
I wait on live support! after 10 minutes of waiting or more my chat session gets terminated by support staff befor i get a chance to say hello
whan i try to log back into live support i get an error message and a blank page!
this error message has gone not gone away and i am still unable to contact live support and all my emails have gone unanswered!
to test the live support problem i have logged on through a different IP adress to successfully log onto live support!
dont get your hopes up cause after waiting the same thing happens the chat sessin has been terminated before it begins and than i get redirected to error page again!
i am starting to feel uncomfortable with a site which promises something and doesnt deliver also one that ignores and chooses when it wants to deal with situation instead of the players needs!
Regardless i am forced to come to the forum to rally troops because otherwise i feel as i will lose to this site and will end up getting ripped off my bonus!
i am sure if it was a no brainer it would have been dealt with long ago!
i emailed support a while ago
emailed them a short while after for a royal bonus, got the bonus and the response to the royal application! but nothing for the real problem i am having?
last week i did get one email returned asking what coupon is it but that was it! that coupon should be issued after deposit!?
this is what i was told by support before making my deposit!
i love how the song changed as soon as the deposit was made!

Hi Jim,
I don't think they are ducking your chats. If you are getting errors connecting it is most likely due to the server move. It's caused a few similar problems.
I asked about the bonus and it seems to be because you had an account on another merge site. They wont know that until after you have made a deposit and it is a known issue. I'm sure if they received your emails they are working on resolving it and will be in touch soon. If not I'll give them a nudge

but unfortunetly (fortunetly) you have provided me with more info on the matter in 1 hour than i have managed to get in weeks! as a suggestion maybe we should just bring our problems directly here, especially if there is some sort of move in effect! even with the action i did receive no explanation was provided!
would it be possible for me to cash out or transfer my points and funds from my other account and than close it for good? If so i would like to plan for this to take place (please dont all of a sudden close my accounts) Ultimetly i would like to keep them both open if possible!
If one accout hit a spot of bad luck at least the other will hopefully produce something!

And he is very jealous and wants to try it and i wanted to transfer him 30-50$ to try his luck and if he gets convinced as i am, than he will make his initial deposit!
Even though i have passes all inspections with Merge aparetly!
i still cannot make player to player transfers on Wass!

There is no way u can transfer things from one skin to another. I know this because I asked Merge, there are currently only 2 skins which allow that and this is due to poker.com not having comp point store now. Meaning they allow them to be moved to carbon/PDC purely because they are the same company.
Wass is another skin just like the others and they are sole skins I'm afraid.

and i have been told that i need to pass some sort of inspection by merge, seperate to the inspections i have already passed in order to deposit and get coupons.
and that this inspection could take who know how long?

So who told u that you needed to pass an inspection, wass or merge? With most of the skins I had to send a copy of my passport & Credit card. But I've never heard of Merge wanting the info, mainly the skins.

Actually wass said i have passed inspection with them!
i did send my drivers license with my Credit card copy front in back twice as requested
one went to wass the other was forwarded to Merge!!
i was told that Merge only opens the player to player transfer!!!
like i said this is what i was told i no nothing about the matter and i am just trying to get to the bottom of it without too much disturbance!!
