Cannot get into support or player admin - Online Poker Forum and Casino Community

Whats been going on, I can't get into either support or admin and its been that way for a week and a half now.
Is there anybody there or are they still on holiday?

it has something to do with the latest Affiliate up date and they are working on solving the problem. Most of what was in there can be accessed through the new cashier window but there are still a few bits that can't.

I tried to get a new pw and then everything fell a part today with support..after 11 e-mails finally got a new pw so I can play the BRL but now I cant get into cashier to deposit or withdraw...because I can't get in play admin....there anwser...make sure you are typing correctly because "when we try it with our e-mail address everything is fine at our end" any more problems take a screenshot of the error.....what error it says user name and pw invalid...really getting sick of WassPoker lately...why dont they just come out and say they got a problem instead of dicking us around with there bs.........

still waiting on a withdrawl check from 11-23-2009. contacted WASS 3 times. they just say they are looking into it.

wait , maybe if a whole bunch of you deposit, they might have funds to send my check.
