right now im in the wass friday night slice and its locked up cant get in tourney,my question is are they gonna give me my money back.the game has been goin 4 an hour now.and im in second place,whats goin on

generally you will only get your money back if the tournament crashes in mid session due to a problem from there end. It sounds like a problem your end. you can try and e-mail them and see what happens but i would not hold my breath. i had a similar problem when i was heads up in a tourny last night when i was a big chip leader. my computer froze and i could not play a hand. by the time i got back on i had been chipped away and had top settle for 2nd. at least it was only $12 in the difference

No Step this was a Site problem and affected all games. Message was posted to all players that game was cancelled due to technical issues and all buy ins would be refunded. don't know how much I had in my acc so don't know if was refunded

it wasnt refunded pastie....i had exactly the same message...assumed the game was cancelled and was about to close the site when the cards suddenly appeared....went allin in the next 2 hands..lost both and was oot....

odd one that that it came up saying things would be refunded and the game started back up. Hope you all get it sorted

same as pastie ...dunno whether i got my money back or not....Don't think so tho...and got bored and played like an idiot cuss i didn't think it mattered any more....also during the breakdown the blinds went up so much that I was almost allin every hand.

Poor result from cake in general although the winners actually got paid.

if the winners got paid then refunds would not have been paid. don't think Cake are that nice

no i wouldnt expect to be refunded if the game continued and the payouts were made ....the question i was raising was why the game continued....i had allready been notified the game had been cancelled and refunds would be applied as per cakes refund policy....once they announced the cancellation why did the game continue without any notification?????

e-mail the details of it to Cake support and see what they say. though then again if you do they may cancel the games if they realise they are still going.

i havnt emailed about it and have no intention of doing so step...for the exact reason you have stated lol...
