you would probably have to use some file dump site like the likes of Photobucket or something as most excel files are miles about the max size for uploading directly onto the forum

Very easy to do Sean. Open your spreadsheet, press ctrl+a and then ctrl+c. This will copy to your clipboard. You can then open a program such as Microsoft Picture Manager (comes with Windows 7), paste it into Picture Manager and save it as a jpeg. At that point you can upload it to photobucket or whatever service you are using.
