Player Admin ~ Is Something Being Done?

I have seen several discuss this and am curious is someone working on the software so that the Player Admin tab is functional and takes a player to theirs so they can check their comp points and bounty status?

I can see my total comp points. But I am unable to know my status for the 1,2 10 & 50 k & I would like to.

I would think even if customer service isn't available to personally assist we should always have access to this page. Just wondering what the status is on this and when an expected patch will forthcoming?

When you go to Cashier then Comp points, if you click on Freeroll Eligibility it shows you how many points you have earned towards the 1K, 2K, 10K and 50K games

I think what Dori is saying is when she clicks on freeroll eligibility button nothing happens. I am finding it works sometime and it doesn't work at other times. I have now book marked this page so I can go check my points whether the buttin is working or not.

Its best to check it just after starting the site, my expierience is that after some time
playing both admin and cashier are not there anymore.
after a restart of trhe site i can acces them both as normally should be.

We are aware of the problem, but it seems to be specific to users machines rather than the software. What I mean by this are the links in the poker room are the equivalent to a pop-up opening, so it could be any number of various anti-virus software or anti-pop-up software blocking the new window from opening.

help, got some problems with wasspoker

it happens regulair that when changing a table in a tourny that i get a error message and
the whole site shuts down

i can restart the site quickly, but always miss the first hand at the new table and 1 at all
other tables i play

it is very annoying, if just in a hand on another table, where i just situot and lose
those hands, it costed me some money already

Am i the only one having this problem ?

Hi Doc!

I see your point of view but why does it work at carbon.com and poker.com and not at your side.

I never needed to allow specified Pop Ups for carbon.com but it don´t work at WASS for me.

PS: After the actual update it works for me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
