If that is all the promo says -- you are right, there should be no reason not to get the bonus they are promoting. I'd be pissed off too.

all u need to do is tell dave when he is back online at tuesday and he will do it manually and all is fine

Chat whilst all in is disabled to stop people naming cards...which happens when its on...

Chat for people who are OUT of tournaments is being worked on, but you still can't have people who were never in it to start with talking for obvious reasons...this is not a simple job of 'turning it on'.

Zed has answered the majority of that. As for support we are about 2 weeks away from being 24/7 on live support...or of course we could have had Merge do that if you would prefer? As it stands its all being done in house, so yes it will take longer to set up, but in the long-term its a lot better.

There are some things that I don't agree with on the Merge network too, but sadly it is their network, so they have the final say...

i complained about me always being in work while live support was open lol

hadnt even thought of people calling cards and things like that on all inns - ( see im not a cheat lol ) but thats a feking good point ,

No, its a fair point, and I could go into the hours and hours I have spent arguing with Merge about it and how ridiculous it is that members can't get a bonus at one site if they are a member of another...but trust me I do know about it and how much of a pain it is!
