a question regarding the scoring
ok ive been playing these bounties sng's as many of you have aswell....does anyone actually know how the scoring is worked out...i allready am aware that if a player knocks out a higher rated player they are credited with a higher score...and vise versa....ive tried to watch the amounts credited to my score after each bounty....and the amounts deducted for when my bounty is taken.....today i played a game which i took 7 bounties in out of 10 and won the game...i was credited with only 6 bounties and my score rose by 63 points....im then in another game and lose without a bounty and my score is reduced by 30 odd points.....i then won a game taking 3 bounties and i was a gain only credited with 2....and was credited with 20 points for these 2....i did get the bounty cash ok for all bounties taken but the scoring is frustrating the hell OOT of me.....can anyone shed some light please....much obliged

Elo rating :
this site uses a K-factor of 35 ( points played for) and maximum range of 150
if both players have the same rating say 1500-1500 the expected win chances are 50-50
so winner gets 50% of 35 loser loses 50% of 35
This is the easy part
say the 2 players have ratings of 1600 and 1500
difference = 100 100:150 = 67%
this says player a expected win = 67% player b= 33%
if a wins he gets 33% of 35 = 12 points b loses 12 points
if b wins he gets 67% of 35 = 23 points a loses 23 points
if difference is more than 150 than the higher can only win 1 point but loose 34
this is roughly the elo rating system used mainly in chess
don't know excactly the real numbers used
